Pr David Asscherick (Director - Arise Institute)

Pr John Lomacang (Musician and Pastor Thompsonville SDA Church, Illinois, USA)
After being abandoned as a child John grew up in the city of New York. In his new family he developed a love for music and as a teenager he sang for the church prison ministry and later in church. John began his professional singing career in 1984 as a tenor for the Heritage Singers. Since then he has traveled throughout the world sharing his gift of preaching and singing. John has sung for a number of major evangelists including Doug Batchelor, Mark Finley and the Voice of Prophecy. John is also a regular presenter and singer on the 3ABN Television network.

Pr Geoff Youlden (Evangelist - Australian Union Conference)
Pr Youlden is well known throughout Australia as the foremost presenter and evangelist in the church. After a number of television appearances, Geoff has recently been focusing on following up contacts from his DVD series "The Search". Geoff loves the SDA church, message and mission and this conviction flows through each of his presentations.

Pr Gary Kent (Speaker It Is Written Oceania & Snr Pastor Fountain in the City)
Pr Gary Kent is a qualified Archeologist, Church pastor and evangelist. In recent times Gary has become the Speaker for It Is Written Oceania. Gary appears on national television in one of the most successful media ministries in Australia. Gary's experience includes planting a number of new churches and running major city wide evangelistic campaigns throughout Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Papua New Guinea and Africa. In one campaign alone last year in Nairobi there were over 15,000 decisions for baptism.

Pr Gilbert Cangy (Youth Director - South Pacific Division)
Pr Gilbert Cangy was born of Mauritian parents in the Seychelles Paradise. Since coming to Australia Pr Cangy has pastored churches in Melbourne and been involved in Youth Ministry for the last 15 years. Pr Cangy has a powerful vision for the youth of Australia. He believes in reaching out to the lost youth and bringing them home to Jesus. Pr Cangy has led out in a number of evangelistic campaigns throughout the world and is committed to inspiring and training young people to become effective disciples for Christ.

Charissa Fong (Youth Evangelist - Waitara SDA Church)
Charissa is a young lady who is a powerful preacher. As a school student Charissa conducted her first evangelistic campaign at the Sydney Adventist Hospital resulting in over 30 decisions for baptism. From her earliest years Charissa has dreamt about being an evangelist and all those who attended the 2007 conference will remember her powerful presentation.

Pr Lloyd Grolimund (Television Speaker & Snr Pastor Wahroonga Church)
Lloyd comes from a rich heritage of pastoral ministry and has a passion for youth and evangelism. Before coming to Sydney Lloyd was Youth Director in New Zealand and has recently embarked on presenting his Wahroonga sermons on local Sydney television. Lloyd is a revivalist who has a God given gift for preaching.

Pr Louis Torres (Vice-President Mission College of Evangelism)
Pastor Torres is an internationally acclaimed speaker, author, trainer, and musician. Before giving his life to the Lord Pastor Torres was the lead bass player for the rock band "Bill Haley and the Comets." Since devoting his life to the Lord's work Louis has worked as a Pastor, Evangelist, Church Administrator, and Trainer. Pr Torres has a special gift in training people to lead souls to Jesus. Currently Pr Torres is the vice-president of Mission College of Evangelism, an evangelism training centre located near Portland, Oregon.

Johnny Wong (Business Professional & Small Group Specialist)
Johnny is an Elder at the Gateway Adventist Centre in Melbourne. As a layperson Johnny is one of the foremost leaders in Australia in the area of church planting and small groups. Johnny has shared many seminars on effective small groups and he will demonstrate how to ensure a small group effectively wins souls for your church.

Dan Vis (Director - Bible School, Uchee Pines and Author - FAST ministry)
Dan Vis comes to us from Alabama USA and is founder and director of FAST missions, a lay training ministry dedicated to helping Christians memorise the Bible. More than this, Dan outlines how to live the truth and then share it with others. Dan is a world leader in sharing the skills of discipleship. Dan will share how gaining converts is only the start; he demonstrates the keys to true spiritual growth and retaining new Christians in the church.

Neale Schofield (Manager Fountain in the City and It Is Written Oceania)
Neale is a marketing professional who has a passion for lay youth ministry. Neale has been involved in planting two very successful new churches, including Fountain in the City. Neale was also youth leader at Waitara church in Sydney where he worked with the youth in conducting a number of evangelistic campaigns. Neale is currently manager of Fountain in the City and It Is Written Oceania. Neale has a gift for practical soul winning and demonstrating how to lead souls to Christ.

Dr Daniel Livingston (ADRA Assistant Director - Laos)
Daniel is a professional engineer who has a heart for youth evangelism. Daniel has been a local church youth leader and has organised a number of major youth evangelistic campaigns. Daniel is extremely gifted by the Lord and you will learn a great deal from him regarding organizing and conducting successful youth ministry and evangelism at the local church level.

Lyle Southwell (Director It Is Written Oceania Field School of Evangelism & Bible Worker Instructor Fountain in the City)
Lyle has over 10 years experience as a Bible Worker and teacher of Bible work. Lyle has attended the Amazing Facts College of Evangelism and has also taught students at the same college. Lyle has brought nearly 300 people into the SDA church through his Bible work and Evangelism and Lyle is currently leading the Bible work at Fountain in the city. Lyle has a gift in training people on how to share the Bible and lead souls to Jesus Christ.

Pr John Gate (Director Media Ministries & Adventist Discovery Centre)
Pr Gate is currently heading up the Media Ministry at the Adventist Media Network and John has vast experience as a church pastor and administrator. Pr Gate has a particular gift in bringing the Bible to life through his presentations and demonstrating the most effective way to study the Bible. In recent years John has been responsible for "The Search" advertising and he travels extensively sharing how to use video to win souls to Christ. For those of you who feel a little daunted by giving Bible studies, or for those who would like to complement formal Bible studies, then video ministry may be for you.

Rod Bailey (Health Educator - Eastward Missionary College)
Rod Bailey has vast experience in winning souls through the ministry of health. Rod has developed a unique approach by going to the homes of people and using health to introduce Jesus. Rod is currently a lecturer at Eastward College and Rod has a passion for health evangelism.
